Red Game Without A Great Name Ativador

About This Game Teleport yourself into the most hardcore game this fall. Try to imagine a game simple in its basics, but demanding from the very first level, where everything might kill you. Even the camera and the main protagonist are against you as both of them constantly move forward. Add some barbed wire, spikes, and sawblades and you'll get Red Game Without a Great Name. And in this game you will die a lot.GameplayYou control a mechanical bird that serves as a messenger in a hostile, steampunk world. To get the letter from one cage to another you have to maneuver the bird between all the obstacles. However, you don’t directly control the main hero. The bird moves at its own pace, as does the camera. The trick is you can only order the bird to teleport from one point to another by clicking on it and dragging to mark its destination. Don’t worry about frustrations though (not too much at least), you won’t notice loading screens between the restarts, and the swinging music, as well as the one-more-try syndrome will keep you playing until you complete all of the 60 cleverly designed levels. There are three different power-ups to help you out in your mailman duties, but beware, they may work as double-edged swords if used without caution.Key Features Simple to grasp, hard to master game mechanic – click & drag to teleport 60 difficult levels 180 gears to collect 3 power-ups to enhance your abilities. It is fun, if you don`t play too long at once. The Graphics:Mostly it is every level the same, but i love the different backgrounds change the feeling. The Soundtrack:Not everyone likes that kind of swing-music, but for me it`s just amazing. #love_itThe Achievements:They are easy to get (only like the last 10 levels were really challenging). The Price:If you ask me, 2.99\u20ac is more than ok for (in my case) over 10 hours of fun... until now. Conclusion:Fully recommended for everyone who likes to challenge it`s reflexes :-]. The game has a simple premise: The character you control is a clockwork postal bird, kind of like a parrot. The objective is to get from one cage to another to deliver the mail, avoiding anything spiky along the way that will kill you, and don't fly off the screen either. Your flight direction is predetermined, but you have the ability to click and drag your clockwork bird to teleport in order to avoid hazards. Pulling this off successfuly is another matter. It becomes more difficult as each level progresses. Just when you think you've avoided a set of spikes, a steam jet can change your direction and now you're flying in a direction you don't really want to go. To add to that you have gates that slam together, pinwheels that spin around, and the screen is constantly moving you ever onward, and not always just left to right. Sometimes the scrolling direction changes. There's no health meter or hit points. Touch something sharp and you're dead. Fall behind and you're dead. It will test your reflexes and mouse skills, and patience as levels become increasingly difficult. The levels themselves are fairly short so it's an easy game to play for a while, put down, and come back to. As you play you can collect gears on each level and gain a "flawless" status for completing a level without dying and collecting all 3 gears on the same pass. You can die as much as you like (there's achievements based around the number and types of deaths) or you can restart a level and try to get a flawless status. There's really no difference between dying and chosing restart from the menu except that restarting will reset your death counter so you can attempt a flawless pass. The teleportation mechanic itself is very straightforward. It's just click, drag, and release. It's extremely easy to learn. There's 60 levels. It's already challenging by level 10. Expect it to be hard to master.Visually the theme is black and red, and I mean that - just black, and just red. Well, a little variation on the red, but mostly just red. The environments are steampunk inspired, with spikes, lots of metal framework, spikes, gears, spikes, steam pipes, and did I mention spikes? Yeah, you'll want to avoid those. It's very minimalist and simplistic, which actually helps with the gameplay. There's no cluttered textures or anything that will visually distract you from what's important. The high contrast keeps you focused on the hazards and your bird. The soundtrack seems to be Hungarian, or at least the title song is. It's fairly light and completely non-distracting, giving an upbeat air to what would otherwise seem like a completely hellish environment. Again, going with the theme of sharp contrasts, it fits right in.Performance concerns should be a non-issue due to the visual simplicity, and there's no real benefit of playing this on a super-high resolution. You can play it at 1024x768 just fine. It'll play just fine on your custom gaming rig or the "old family computer".An often overlooked concern with video games... this game is a very good choice for colorblind players. The high contrast between the open spaces and solid objects means that those who cannot see the full spectrum won't have any trouble distinguishing between the two.Final word: If you want a simple game that's easy to learn but provides a fairly steep challenge you can't go wrong here.. If you'd rather be certain you can actually launch this game without it insta-crashing (regardless of settings), don't purchase this game on Steam until they properly address the issue, fix the damn problem and start replying to support enquiries.Potential waste of 5 bucks and time.. When I first started, I thought the game was bugged because I couldn't make the bird warp, no matter how much I clicked and dragged the mouse around the screen. I tried finding some sort of options menu for the controls, but there was nothing to let me know what I was doing wrong. I eventually figured it out and it turns on you have to start every warp by clicking and holding on the actual bird.I don't really like the idea that I have to rapidly and continuously move the cursor back to the exact same spot where the bird is every time I want to move him around, especially since the camera is living its own life and the bird doesn't stay in the center, but I suppose the game would be incredibly easy otherwise, since that's the only challenge there is to the game. That's all I can say about the gameplay really, because that's more or less all there is to it.The scenery looked good on the video and I like the way it looks, but once I got ingame it all appeared increadibly low-res. The music is okay, but there doesn't seem to be any overall theme, it's just random tracks playing on each level.Personally, I refunded the game and In the end I think I'll just go back and play a couple of rounds in Super meat boy.
